About the DevNxt conference

DevNxt is a full day of speakers and discussions around the concept of being your whole person in an IT profession.

Peter was a developer and has gone out on his own as a contractor and occasional development practices consultant in Christchurch. This has provided unique opportunities to experience people struggling and/or thriving in the world of IT.

Phil comes from a web development background that naturally evolved into a stronger management focus. He currently manages a fully remote software team, with a passion for providing the best possible opportunities for people to grow and flourish.
